Who processes your information
Klassy Touch decides what information is collected and how it is used. Our marketing is managed on our behalf by MetalWorks SEO (Bend, Oregon), trading as Rogue Valley Pro, which operates this website and our email and text messaging on our instructions. They do not use your information for their own purposes and do not sell it.
What we collect
Only what you give us. There is no account to create and no purchase to make.
- Your name and email address — when you request a free resource or ask us to get in touch.
- Your mobile number — if you provide it. Optional on most forms.
- Whether you are in the Medford area — so we do not send appointment information to people we cannot serve.
- Your answers to the hair assessment, if you choose to complete it, along with the result it produces.

About the hair assessment

Text messages
We do not share or sell mobile opt-in information, mobile numbers, or consent to receive text messages with any third party for marketing purposes.
Text messaging consent is collected separately from email consent, using its own checkbox that is never pre-ticked. Agreeing to receive the resource does not opt you into text messages, and you can receive our emails without ever receiving a text.
